titleOfInvention Granulated photographic fixing agent and its production
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a rapidly dissolving fixing agent by incorporating both a thiosulfate and a disulfite in a particle. n CONSTITUTION: The granulated photographic fixing agent or bleaching agent is composed of particles containing both the thiosulfate and the disulfite. The thiosulfate is preferably an alkali metal thiosulfate, particularly sodium salt and ammonium thiosulfate. The disulfite is an alkali metal or ammonium disulfite and particularly sodium disulfite is used. As a result, the dissolving rate is accelerated. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO
