abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the title excellent cosmetic promoting metabolism of scalp, dyeing white hair into gray, having protecting and recovering effects on damaged hair and split hair, containing a specific amount of adherent protein as an active ingredient. n CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic containing 0.0001-0.5wt.% adherent protein as an active ingredient. The adherent protein used is an adherent protein which comprises amino acid residues such as hydroxyproline residue, lysine residue, tyrosine residue or 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanine residue, has about 300-1,200 amino acid sequence and adhesion and is obtained especially from phenol gland and/or byssus.
