PURPOSE:To provide the subject composition having excellent adhesivity to brass, heat resistance and oil resistance and useful for high pressure hoses, etc., by compounding a specific copolymer rubber with triallylisocyanurate, an organic sulfur compound and an organic peroxide vulcanizing agent. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100 pts.wt. of a copolymer rubber comprising 10-45wt.% of unit portions from an unsaturated nitrile, 0-20wt.% of unit portions from a conjugated diene and 90-35wt.% of unit portions from an ethylenic unsaturated monomer excluding the unsaturated nitrile and/or unit portions from the hydrogenated unit portions of the conjugated diene is compounded with (B) 5-30 pts.wt. of triallylisocyanurate, (C) 0.1-15 pts.wt. of an organic sulfur-containing compound and (D) 1-15 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide vulcanizing agent (as a net organic peroxide) to provide the objective composition. The component C is preferably 6-R-2, 4-dimercapto-1,3,5-triazine (R is mercapto, etc.). |
