titleOfInvention Percutaneous absorption promoting composition and external preparation containing same composition
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition capable of synergistically enhancing skin permeation rate of a medicine by further blending combination system of 1-dodecylazacycloheptan-2-one and propylene glycol with a specific compound such as nicotic acid ester. n CONSTITUTION: The percutaneous absorption promoting composition containing (A) 5-35wt.% 1-dodecylazacycloheptan-2-one, (B) 30-90wt.% propylene glycol and (C) 5-35 wt. one or two or more kind of compounds selected from nicotic acid ester, isonicotic acid ester, sebacic acid diester and N,N-diethyl-m-tolamide, preferably containing the ingredients A, B and C each in a weight ratio of 10-25%, 40-30% and 10-25%. The above-mentioned composition is effective on every type of water soluble medicine, fat soluble medicine or insoluble medicine and blended with an external preparation at an amount of 0.5-50wt.%, especially 5-40wt.%. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
