titleOfInvention Apparatus for suppressing adhesion of organism
abstract PURPOSE: To inject ozone for suppressing the adhesion of an organism in water by simple constitution such that foreign energy such as the solar rays is converted to electricity to store the generated electric power in a storage battery and said electric power is supplied to an electrolytic ozone generator, if necessary, to generate ozone in water. n CONSTITUTION: The current formed by a solar cell 1 converting solar energy to electric power flows to a storage battery 1 through a controller 2 to charge said storage battery 1. The controller 2 is operated, if necessary, to discharge the electric power stored in the storage battery 4 to an electrolytic ozone generator 3 to generate ozone in a water tank 5. As a result, the aquatic organism in the water tank 5 is killed by the action of ozone and the adhesion of the organism can be suppressed. By this constitution, equipment accumulating ozone is unnecessary and the voltage obtained from the solar cell 1 can be easily set to one necessary for the charge of the storage battery by employing an accumulation type solar cell wherein a plurality of cells are connected in series. Therefore, an equipment structure becomes extremely simple. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
