abstract PURPOSE:To obtain high quality without the occurrence of warpage and other defects, while the expanding motion of a skin is allowed freely by a method in which the aperture of the sewn skin with three dimensional shape is blocked by using the aperture-holding fixture of a specified structure, and foamable raw material is injected, and then it is foamed and cured. CONSTITUTION:An aperture-holding fixture 16 is combined with a stay member 17, and a leg 17a is inserted into the through hole 22 of the holding fixture 16, and then an aperture 17c is caused to coincide with the injection port 23 of the holding fixture 16, and when the leg 17a is inserted into the aperture 11 of the long hole of the bottom surface of a sewn skin, the peripheral edge 11a of the aperture 11 enters the gap 20 of the holding fixture 16. When the urethane raw liquid of high speed-reaction type is injected by communicating with the injection port 13 of the aperture, the raw material is diffused and expanded with its foaming, and the skin is filled there with. Since the peripheral edge 11a of the aperture is not constrained at this primary stage, local tension does not act thereon. Thus, raw material is foamed and expanded, and the skin is filled. When the raw material permeates the sponge layer 3 of the peripheral edge 11a and begins its curing action, impregnated and cured parts 26 are formed along both edges of each window 25. The peripheral edge 11a is firmly held by the holding fixture 16, and the holding fixture itself is made integral therewith, whereby its appearance becomes neat.
