titleOfInvention Production of galvanized steel sheet having fine appearance
abstract PURPOSE: To form a zinc layer having superior lightness and luster on a steel sheet by galvanization by setting an insoluble anode in a galvanizing bath contg. specified amts. of zinc sulfate, aluminum sulfate and lead ions and carrying out electrolysis with the bath under specified conditions of temp., pH and flow rate. n CONSTITUTION: An insoluble anode is set in a galvanizing bath contg. 100-600g/l ZnSO 4 .7H 2 O, 10-200g/l Al 2 (SO 4 ) 3 .14-18H 2 O and <0.5ppm Pb 2+ as impurity ions and a steel sheet is galvanized with the bath under the conditions of 40-70°C, pH0-2.5 and ≥1m/sec flow rate. A zinc layer having fine appearance, satisfactory lightness and luster is formed on the steel sheet. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
