titleOfInvention | Thermally-insulated box body |
abstract | PURPOSE:To enhance carbon dioxide adsorption and heat insulating performance by constituting a box body of an outer box, rigid urethane foam containing an adsorbent of gaseous carbon dioxide, and an inner box which is obtained by polymerizing the mixture of the monomers of vinyl cyanide compd. and aromatic vinyl compd. in the presence of conjugated diene-based synthetic rubber and molding the produced high nitrile ABS resin composition. CONSTITUTION:A thermally-insulated box body 6 is formed of an outer box 2, rigid urethane foam 4 containing an adsorbent of gaseous carbon dioxide and an inner box 5 obtained by molding high nitrile ABS resin composition. This high nitrile ABS resin composition is obtained by polymerizing the mixture of the monomers of 52 - 58wt.% vinyl cyanide compd. and 42 - 48wt.% aromatic vinyl compd. in the presence of 13 - 15pts.wt. conjugated diene-based synthetic rubber. The said ABS resin composition can be applied without causing trouble in vacuum moldability necessitated as the inner box material and the apparent quality, etc. By this constitution, gaseous carbon dioxide contained in rigid urethane foam is adsorbed and removed and thermal conductivity is improved. Moreover infiltration of air is prevented and the heat insulating performance of the thermally-insulated box body can be improved. |
