abstract PURPOSE: To suppress shaking of yarns and to simultaneously treat a great number of the yarns by passing groups of plural undrawn yarns in a parallel state in the same feed roller and the same drawing set roller, winding the groups on a paired roller plural times, bringing into contact with a contact guide, heat-setting and winding. n CONSTITUTION: In drawing and heat-setting groups Y 1 to Y 8 of plural undrawn yarns of thermoplastic resin (e.g. yarn of nylon 6), prepared by melt spinning from spinning columns 1 and 1', in a parallel state between the same feed roller 3 and the same drawing setting roller 4 and winding, the groups Y 1 to Y 8 of undrawn yarns are wound on the drawing setting roller 4 and a roller 5 paired with the roller 4 plural times, the groups Y 1 to Y 8 of undrawn yarns are brought into contact with a contact guide 7 just before introduced to the heating roller 4 for final winding and heat-set to stably drawn and wind the groups of undrawn yarns. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
