PURPOSE: To obtain a remedy for hyperlipemia, containing an antibiotic substance pulverizing as an active ingredient and having powerful coenzyme A cholesterol acyltransferase inhibitory activity with low toxicity. n CONSTITUTION: A remedy for hyperlipemia containing an antibiotic substance beauvericin expressed by the formula as an active ingredient.
