abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a composition having improved impact resistance by compounding a specific amount of a specific copolymer to a thermoplastic resin composition composed of a specific graft copolymer, a polyester resin, etc. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 2-20 pts.wt. of a copolymer containing a main chain consisting of a polyolefin copolymerized with glycidyl methacrylate and a side chain consisting of vinyl cyanide polymer, etc., and containing 5-30wt.% of glycidyl methacrylate in the polyolefin to (B) 100 pts.wt. of a resin composition composed of (a) 10-90 pts.wt. of a graft copolymer produced by the graft polymerization of (a 1 ) 85-15 pts.wt. of vinyl monomers consisting of vinyl cyanide, aromatic vinyl monomer and other vinyl monomer in the presence of (a2) 15-85 pts.wt. of a rubbery polymer containing ≥20wt.% of butadiene unit, (b) 10-90 pts.wt. of a polyester resin composed mainly of polyalkylene terephthalate and (c) 0-70 pts.wt.
