abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition which is used as an adhesive composition for adhering rubber and fibers, by virtue of its high adhesion and a specific weight-average particle size. n CONSTITUTION: (A) A carboxy-modified conjugated diene copolymer which is prepared by emulsion polymerization of 40 to 99.9wt.% of conjugated diene units, 0.1 to 25wt.% of ethylenically unsaturated acid units and 0 to 59.9wt.% of other copolymerizable monomers such as styrene and (B) a conjugated diene copolymer which is prepared by emulsion polymerization of 40 to 100wt.% of conjugated diene units, 0 to 5wt.% of vinyl pyridine units, and 0 to 60wt.% of other copolymerizable monomer such as styrene are mixed at a ratio 1.5/98.5 to 60/40 on the solid basis to give the subject composition of 200 nm weight- average particle size.
