titleOfInvention Phantom for magnetic resonance diagnosis and potential of hydrogen value measurement using this phantom
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a phantom for magnetic resonance diagnosis having high utilization performance by accommodating the mixed liquid containing plural kinds of phosphoric acid compounds having a known concentration in a container, as for the phantom as the standard for magnetic resonance frequency and for S/N evaluation in the magnetic resonance diagnosis in which 31 P is used as objective nuclear kern. n CONSTITUTION: The phantom is constituted by accommodating the mixed liquid containing plural kinds of phosphoric acids each of which possesses the known concentration and has a pH valve of 8.5 or more (room temperature of 24°C) in a sealed container made of acrylic resin. As plural kinds of phosphoric acid compounds contained in the mixed liquid, Mg 2+ ions and Ca 2+ ions having the equal concentration to ATP are added into the mixed liquid containing inorganic phosphoric acid (Pi), creatinic phosphoric acid (PCr), adenosine triphosphoric acid (α-ATP, β-ATP, γ-ATP). Accordingly, ions and ATP are chelate-bonded (metallic bond), and the equivalent performance with the measurement data of an organism such as a cardiac muscle and brain is improved, and the comparison evaluation with high precision and the function diagnosis with high precision are achieved. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
