titleOfInvention | Diphosphoranylideneammonium salt derivative and nonmedical germicide |
abstract | NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [(i) X is H; R 1 and R 2 are same and alkyl or benzyl; Y is halogen; (ii) X is H, halogen or lower alkyl; R 1 and R 2 are lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkoxy-lower alkyl, phenyl-lower alkyl, etc.; Y is residue of an acid, tetraphenylboron anion, etc.]. n EXAMPLE: N-(Methyldiphenylphosphoranylidiene)- N-(benzyldiphenylphosphoranylidene)ammonium chloride. n USE: A nonmedical germicide, especially agricultural and horticultural germicide. n PREPARATION: A bisdiphenylphosphinoamine derivative expressed by formula II is reacted with n-butyllithium to provide an organolithium compound expressed by formula III, which is then reacted with an alkyl halide, etc., to afford a derivative expressed by formula IV (Hal is halogen or Cl). Furthermore, the alkyl halide is reacted in an amount of 2 molar equiv. based on the compound expressed by formula III. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio |
