| abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the subject granular agent containing a solid or solidified form phosphite type active ingredient, a humectant and a dispersing agent, and having a particle size within a specific range, totally not forming a dust, not having a tendency of becoming agglomerates and easy for handling. n CONSTITUTION: This dispersible granular bactericidal/fungicidal product contains (A) 5-95wt.% solid or solidified form (a substance obtained by making a liquid absorbed or adsorbed to a solid supporting material) of a phosphite type active ingredient, e.g. phosphorous acid or its alkali metal salt, (B) 0.1-8wt.% humectant, e.g. an alkylarylsulfonate type salt or a polycarboxylic acid salt, (C) 0.3-15wt.% dispersing agent, e.g. an arylsulfonate type polymer and (D) 0-50wt.% supporting material, and has 0.1-10mm, preferably 0.2-4mm size. To the granular agent, further, another solid contact bactericide/fungicidal agent (e.g. dithiocarbamate) can be formulated.
