abstract | PURPOSE:To improve the performance of bonding by an ultrasonic contact bonding method, by making Al of high purity contain iron (Fe) of 0.01wt%-0.009wt%. CONSTITUTION:Iron (Fe) is used for enhancing the corrosion resistance of Al at high temperature and under high pressure, and no effect is produced for improving the corrosion resistance when the content of iron is less than 0.001wt%, while education is so increased as to cause disconnection when it exceeds 0.009wt%. Nickel (Ni) enhances the strength at high temperature. In the case when nickel (Ni) is contained in Al together with iron (Fe), no effect is produced for improvement in the corrosion resistance when the content of iron (Fe) is less than 0.001wt%, while no improvement in the strength at high temperature is brought about when the content of nickel (Ni) is less than 0.001wt%. When the total contents of iron and nickel exceed 0.01wt%, the purity is reduced and the deposition is increased, which causes disconnection. |
