titleOfInvention Disposable blood pressure transducer
abstract PURPOSE: To reduce the stress due to heat and the influence for humidity at the same time by charging the sensor chip side with the gel type silicone which does not contain inorganic substance as inner charging material and charging the therapeutic liquid- contacting side with the gel type silicone containing inorganic substance. n CONSTITUTION: A substrate 1 which has the circuit such as temperature compensation and sensitivity calibration and has a through hole 1a for introducing pressure, sensor chip 2 mounted on the reverse surface 1b of the substrate so as to cover the hole 1a, and a housing 5 which has a therapeutic liquid introducing part 5b and a charging cylinder 5a for indirectly transmitting the therapeutic liquid pressure to the sensor chip 2 and is joined with the obverse surface 1c of the substrate are provided. The sensor chip reverse surface 2b side in the charging cylinder 5a is charged with the first silicone 6 in gel form which does not contain inorganic substance, and the therapeutic liquid contact side of the silicone 6 in gel form is charged with the second silicone 7 in gel form which contains the inorganic substance such as titanium oxide, etc. Accordingly, the stress applied on the sensor chip due to heat can be softened, and the influence to the sensor characteristic for the humidity supplied from the therapeutic liquid can be reduced. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
