titleOfInvention Method for analyzing adriamycin and daunorbicin in blood
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain an analytical result enhanced in reproducibility by simple pretreatment by mixing a solution containing EDTA-2Na and a divalent Mg-ion with blood to perform deproteinizing treatment. n CONSTITUTION: A pump 3 is connected to one end of an analytical column 1 for reversed-phase partition chromatography through an injector 2 and a mobile phase solution is supplied to the column 1 from a tank 5 and a fluorecent detector 4 for a predetermined exciting wavelength and a detection wavelength is connected to the other end of the column 1. Serum is mixed with a solution prepared by adjusting 0.1 N Mg-acetate containing 500mg/l of EDTA-2Na to pH 2.0 by phosphoric acid and the resulting mixture is deproteinized by acetonitrile to be analyzed by chromatography. By this method, a syringe or injector is masked by EDTA-2Na and O-OH of adriamycin is masked by an Mg-ion and, therefore, unnecessary adsorption is prevented and the remaining to an analyser is perfectly eliminated and a highly reliable analytical result (III) is obtained. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
