| abstract |
PURPOSE: To improve mutual bonding of cover layers and a force of bonding to foam plastic by having an integrated film of a laminate which has a layer constituted of copolyether ester so formed as to contain a short-chain ester unit at a specified rate. CONSTITUTION: Head end parts of a rear end part are bonded by an ester linkage. The inside of a large number of repetitions is constituted of a linear long-chain ester unit of formula I and short-chain ester unit of formula II and at least 80% of a dicarboxylic acid being used is constituted of a terephthalic acid or an equivalent forming an ester thereof, while at least 80 mol.% of low-molecular diol is constituted of 1,4-butanediol or an equivalent forming an ester thereof. The short-chain ester unit forms 40-85 wt.% of copolyether ester. Herein a film constituted of the copolyether ester and having a thickness of 10-30 μm is selected and a laminate is manufactured by using a polyurethane soft foam sheet having a thickness of 3-12 mm. |
