titleOfInvention Manufacture of interior part for automobile
abstract PURPOSE:To enable manufacturing processes to be shortened extremely by laminating simultaneously cushion layers such as flexible polyurethane foam, non-woven fabric or the like at the time of foaming a rigid urethane core material with a glass mat. CONSTITUTION:For the cushion layer 15, flexible polyurethane foam is used and, by vacuum molding it through vacuum suction holes 21 opened in a foam molding lower mold 20, a pad material 13 is held closely on the mold surface of the foam molding lower mold 20. when the setting of the pad material 13 and a glass mat 11 is completed, rigid urethane rein liquid is injected in the foam molding lower mold 20 and a foam molding upper mold 22 is lowered relative to the lower material and then the upper and lower molds 20, 22 are subjected to mold clamp, so that a rigid urethane core material with the pad material 13 is molded into required configurations. After that, on a compression upper mold 30, the rigid urethane core material 12 with the pad material 13 is set and, on the mold surface of a compression lower mold 31, slash skin material 16 is located in the form of facing the slash skin layer 17 to the lower side 17, and the slash foam layer 18 is applied with an adhesive agent, and finally, the compression upper and lower molds 30,31 are mold clamped with each other.
