abstract | NEW MATERIAL:Peptide having repeating unit expressed by the formula (X is Val-Val or Val-Val-Val). n USE: Used as a platelet-protecting agent having a platelet aggregation-inhibiting action. n PREPARATION: For instance, a 4-(oxymethyl) phenylacetamide resin is used as a peptide carrier with a solid method and C-terminal amino acid in which α-amino group is protected with t-butyloxycarbonyl group is bonded to the resin, then the α-amino-protecting group is removed, thus an operation protecting de-amino reaction is repeated by bonding α-amino-protected amino acid in turn, according to amino acid sequence of peptide to synthesize peptide chain and resultant cain is treated with trifluoroacetic acid to perform elimination of peptide from the resin and removing of whole protecting groups, then the peptide expressed the formula is obtained. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio |
