titleOfInvention Plate material for microscope
abstract PURPOSE: To improve hydrophilic property and durability by specifying the angle of contact of a coating layer with water and the surface resistivity of the layer. n CONSTITUTION: A coating soln. contg. tetraalkoxysilane forming a charge- transfer complex with a metal compd. and/or a partial hydrolyzate of the tetraalkoxysilane and an ionic surfactant is applied to one side or both sides of a polyester film and dried by heating to form a hydrophilic coating layer having ≤15° angle (θ) of contact with water and ≤1×10 11 Ω/square surface resistivity (ρS). Superior hydrophilic property, durability, affinity, operability, stability and suitability to a microscopic examination are ensured. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
