abstract PURPOSE: To provide a hair tonic capable of supplying sufficient nutrients for hair papillae and effectively regenerating hair without being liable to damage the hair by homogeneously mixing a mixture solution of a preservative and a stabilizer, an emulsion having a treatment effect and a trichogen. n CONSTITUTION: The solution of a mixture of a preservative and a stabilizer, an emulsion having hair treatment effects such as the protection of damaged hair and the impartment of flexibility, luster, etc., to the hair and a trichogen (e.g. tocopherol acetate, estradiol benzoic acid ester, yeast extract or Hypericum erectum Thunb extract) suitably prepared are homogeneously mixed with each other to provide an emulsion-like hair tonic. The hair tonic has a long activity- sustaining time of the medical agent, can assimilate skin inhibiting the absorption and penetration of the agent, enables the smooth discharge of skin fats and smoothes the transfer of the skin fats into trichoxysts. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
