titleOfInvention Production of internal trim parts for automobile
abstract PURPOSE:To efficiently fit an accessory such as a shock absorptive pad by simple operation by coating the outer circumference of the accessory such as the shock absorptive pad with a coating sheet by vacuum molding and integrating the accessory to the rigid urethane core material and thereafter peeling the coating sheet. CONSTITUTION:The outside face of the shock absorptive pad 15 is coated with a coating sheet 25 exclusive of the bottom face 15a which is bonded to the rigid urethane core material 11. Then a pad 15 is inserted into an recess 27 formed to a top force 26 for expansion molding. The pad 15 is fixed at a needle 28 placed to the bottom face 27a of the recess 27 and held. Thereafter rigid urethane resin liquid 30 is introduced into a bottom force 20 for expansion molding. Then the top force 26 is closed for the bottom force 20 and the expansion reaction of the said liquid 30 is performed in the insides of these top and bottom forces. The skin material 12 and the rigid urethane core material 11 are tightly contact-bonded and integrated through an adhesive 22. When expansion molding is completed, the top force 26 is opened and thereafter the coating sheet 25 which is coated on the outside face of the pad 15 is peeled from a molded article positioned to the bottom force 20 and this molded article is exposed.
