titleOfInvention Crosslinkable fluorine-based copolymer
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the subject new copolymer having exceedingly excellent resistance to oil, heat and methanol and crosslinkable in modest conditions by copolymerizing specific fluorine-containing acrylic acid ester, n-butyl acrylate and ethylidene norbornene. n CONSTITUTION: (A) Fluorine-containing acrylic acid ester expressed by formula CH 2 =CHCOORf (Rf is fluorine-containing alkyl) is copolymerized with (B) n-butyl acrylate and (C) ethylidene norbornene to afford the aimed copolymer. Preferably copolymerization ratios of the components A and B to the copolymer are respectively 30-70mol% and copolymerization ratio of the component C is 0.05-3mol%, and further molar ratio of each component is preferably selected so as to be 1-10 iodine value and 30-50wt.% fluorine component in the aimed copolymer. Besides, as the component A, 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl acrylate, etc., is preferable. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
