abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a stable aq. dispersion having high concn. by adding an aq. medium to a system consisting of a solid arom. hydroxy compd. represented by a specified formula, polyoxyalkylene glycol, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether and water. n CONSTITUTION: An aq. medium is added to a system consisting of a solid arom. hydroxy compd. represented by formula I, II or III (where each of R and R' is 1-30C substituent such as alkyl, each of X and X' is halogen or nitro, m is an integer of 1-6, each of n and p is an integer of 0-5, 1≤m+n+p≤6, Y is lower alkylene, q is 0 or 1, each of r, s, t and u is an integer of 0-4, 0≤r+t≤4, 0≤s+u≤4, v is an integer of 1-8, each of w and x is an integer of 0-7 and 1≤v+w+x≤8), polyoxyalkylene glycol, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether and water.
