abstract PURPOSE: To enhance workability and to eliminate the need for an adhesive and to shorten a working process by fixing an accessory such as a shock absorptive pad to a top force for expansion molding with a supporting member and integrating this accessory to the rigid urethane core material at a time for forming a molding of this rigid urethane core material and thereafter detaching the supporting member from the accessory. n CONSTITUTION: An accessory 15 which is fitted and fixed to the prescribed part of the rear of rigid urethane core material 11 is stuck by a caplike supporting member 24 so that the outer circumference of the accessory 15 is closely stuck and sealed. This supporting member 24 is fixed to the prescribed part of a top force 23 for expansion molding via a fixing means. Then rigid urethane resin liquid 30 is introduced into a bottom force 30 for expansion molding. The top force 23 is closed to the bottom force 20, and the resin liquid 30 is foamed and hardened. Thereby the core material 11 and facing 12 are integrated and also the accessory 15 is fixed to the core material 11.
