titleOfInvention | Silver halide photographic sensitive material |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a photographic sensitive material having superior rapid processability, high sensitivity and high contrast and hardly causing change before and after continuous processing by incorporating silver halide particles contg. a specified amt. of iron ions into an emulsion layer of a photographic sensitive material and specifying the amts. of adenine and guanine in the sensitive material. n CONSTITUTION: Silver halide particles made of silver iodide-free silver chloride or silver chlorobromide having ≥90 mol% silver chloride content and contg. iron ions by 10 -7 -10 -3 mol per 1 mol silver halide are incorporated into a photosensitive emulsion layer of a silver halide photographic sensitive material contg. surface latent image type silver halide particles and the adenine and guanine contents in the sensitive material are requlated to ≤3 ppm each (expressed in terms of the average content in gelatin contained in the sensitive material). A photographic sensitive material having superior rapid processability, high sensitivity and high contrast and hardly causing a change of the sensitivity or gradation before and after continuous processing is obtd. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio |
