PURPOSE: To obtain a particulate antibiotic product comprising a lactoperoxidase enzyme bonded onto particulate vector, oxygen donor and, as necessary, an oxidizable substrate and capable of adjusting mobility of the product and its diffusibility depending upon the intended applications. n CONSTITUTION: This particulate antibiosic product comprises (A) a lactoperoxidase enzyme bonded to a particulate vector comprising a nucleus formed of a hydrophilic polysaccharide polymer (e.g. cellulose or dextrin), a first lipidic layer chemical bound to the nucleus by a hydration functions or an induction function and a second phospholipidic layer so that the molecules of the enzyme are inserted into the second phospholipidic layer and/or into the first lipidic layer, (B) an oxygen donor formed with a peroxide or with a reaction substance either one of which raw materials can become an enzyme or with microorganism and (C) an oxidizable substrate. Lactoferrin LF is prefeably contained in this product in order to enhance the system and superoxide dismutase enzyme is preferably contained in the product in order to protect the medium.
