titleOfInvention Production of skin integrated molding
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a skin integrated molding while the impregnation with foam in a foaming process of a foaming stock is suppressed and prevented by a method wherein a skin member is mounted to a mold and water is contained in a slab layer partially or entirely pretreated with various water- absorbing resins and a urethane raw solution is injected in the mold to be foamed, gelled, cured and dried. CONSTITUTION:A skin member wherein a soft urethane sheet formed into a desired product shape by sewing treatment is laminated to a skin material is set to a mold and a stickiness imparting agent is applied to the surface of the urethane sheet being an inner surface and a water-absorbing resin is held thereto and, further, water is applied thereto to swell the water-absorbing resin by water to treat the urethane sheet so as to almost close the surface gaps thereof. Thereafter, a water component and a prepolymer, for example, a prepolymer prepared from polyol containing ethylene oxide having a terminal isocyanate group in high content preliminarily subjected to reaction control are stirred to be immediately injected in the mold to be foamed and cured and, after demolding, the molded one is dried in an oven to obtain a porous skin integrated molding rich in flexibility.
