titleOfInvention Preparation of aminotriazine derivative
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a compound effectively used in the synthesis of an intermediate for insecticides and acaricides at a low cost and in a high yield from raw materials which are easily available, by reacting hydrazine hydrates and oxadiazolonylketons, and hydrolyzing the resulting compounds. n CONSTITUTION: A hydrazine hydrate and a compound of formula I (R 1 is H, C 1-4 alkyl, C 3-6 cycloalkyl, phenyl, etc.; R is H, C 1-6 alkyl C 3-6 cycloalkyl, phenyl, etc.), are reacted in a solvent such as water, acetonitrile, etc., at a temperature of 15-200°C to obtain a compound of formula II. Then the resulting compound is hydrolyzed at a temperature of 0-120°C in a solvent such as water, alcohol, etc., to obtain a desired substance, 4-amino-3-oxo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1,2,4- triazine, of formula III. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO
