titleOfInvention | Casing of refrigerator |
abstract | PURPOSE: To improve a resistance to creasing as well as mechanical characteristics by a method wherein a whisker, whose diameter and length are specified, or ABS resin, filled with the specified amount of microfibril, is employed for the material of an inner box which comes in contact with urethane insulating and expanded body, in the casing of a refrigerator, in which urethane is foamed employing mixed fluorocarbon foaming agent containing specified amount of HCFC-123 or HCFC-141b. n CONSTITUTION: In the casing of a refrigerator, in which urethane is foamed employing mixed fluorocarbon containing 5-30% of HCFC-123 or HCFC-141b, ABS resin is filled with whiskers, whose diameter is 0.1-1 μm and length is 5-30 μm, or 5-30% of microfibrils. When the inner casing of a refrigerator is manufactured employing such an ABS resin, stress dispersion is contrived in a spot such as a corner and the like whereat stress concentration is generated even when HCFC-123 or HCFC-141b, having a large solubility with respect to the ABS resin, is employed, whitening, cracking and crazing due to low- temperature shrinkage will never be generated, the generation of creasing may be eliminated and it may contribute to the increase of a rigidity. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio |
