abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the subject structural matter having excellent appearance, clear and excellent color fastness with a slight deterioration by light, etc., by dyeing a structural matter mixed with plural fibers having apparent degree of exhaustion satisfying specific condition. n CONSTITUTION: (A) (i) Cation-dyeable polyethylene terephthalate-based polyester fiber is mixed with (ii) cation-dyeable polyether polyester block copolymer elastic fiber to obtain a fiber structural matter and said structural matter is dyed with (B) cationic dye to afford the aimed structural matter having apparent degree of exhaustion La of the component (i) and apparent degree of exhaustion Lb of the component (ii) satisfying |La-Lb| ≤35 (La is L-value of the component (i) and Lb is L-value of the component (ii) measured with CIE colorimetry system).
