titleOfInvention Grout for reinforced masonry structure
abstract PURPOSE: To prepare a grout suitable for building reinforced masonry structures and having a good filling property by comprising a cement, a water-soluble cellulose ether, aluminum powder, a water-reducing agent, an aggregate and water in a specific ratio. n CONSTITUTION: A grout comprises 100 pts.wt. of a grout, 0.01-2 pts.wt. of a water-soluble cellulose ether, 0.0001-1 pt.wt. of aluminum powder, 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a water-reducing agent, 100-10000 pts.wt. of an aggregate and 25-100 pts.wt. of water. A known cement can be employed as the cement component without any restriction, and a known compound can be used as the water-soluble cellulose ether without any restriction but especially a hydroxyalkyl cellulose, hydroxyalkylalkyl cellulose or alkylhydroxyalkyl cellulose is preferable. The aluminum powder is preferably coated with a silane coupling agent. A known reducing agent generally mixed with concrete can be utilized as the water- reducing agent. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
