titleOfInvention Thawing agent for ice, etc.
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a thawing agent for ice, snow, frost, etc., which is easy to handle by producing an aqueous solution having a temperature of 0.1°C or above and comprising specific salt(s) selected from the group consisting of salts of Ca, Mg, Sr and Li as the main component. n CONSTITUTION: A thawing agent for ice, etc., is obtained by dissolving at least one salt selected from the group consisting of CaCl 2 , CaCl 2 .H 2 O, CaCl 2 .2H 2 O, CaBr 2 .2H 2 O, anhydrous MgCl 2 , anhydrous SrCl 2 , anhydrous LiCl, LiCl.H 2 O, anhydrous LiBr as the main component in water to obtain an aqueous solution having a temperature of 0.1°C or above, or by dispersing the above main component in a volatile organic solvent such as methanol. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
