titleOfInvention | Stabilized enzyme composition and kit for enzyme assay using the same |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain a stabilized nonfreezing dried enzyme composition useful for an acute myocardial infarction diagnosing kit, etc., having excellent storage stability for a long period of time, comprising an enzyme such as creatine kinase, an enzyme substrate such as adenosine triphosphate and a liquid medium such as normal human serum. n CONSTITUTION: (A) A fixed amount of an enzyme such as creatine kinase is combined with (B) at least one enzyme substrate such as adenosine triphosphate, oxidation type adenosine triphosphate or an adenosine triphosphate analog and (C) and a liquid medium such as a normal human serum which is thermally inactivated and is treated with an alkali to give the objective kit for enzyme assay composed of a stabilized nonfreezing driven enzyme composition. Preferably the composition is further formulated with an enzyme product composed of creatine phosphate (analog) such as 1-carboxymethyl-2-imino-3 phosphoimidazolidine phosphocreatine. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO |
