titleOfInvention Manufacture of solid-state electrolytic capacitor
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a solid-state electrolytic capacitor capable of realizing a sufficient capacitance, by a method wherein a semiconductor layer is formed by repeating a reaction process that an anode base body having a dielectric oxide coating film layer on the surface is dipped in reaction liquid which contains lead dioxide and lead sulfate as main component and forms a semiconductor, and left in an atmosphere at a temperature higher than or equal to 70°C. n CONSTITUTION: The main component of a semiconductor layer formed on a dielectric oxide coating film layer is lead dioxide and lead sulfate. lead acetate trihydrate feeding lead ionic species, ammonium persulfate feeding persulfate ionic species, etc. are used as the reagent for forming the above semiconductor layer. An anode base body is dipped in reaction mother liquor in which the above reagent is dissolved, and pulled up. The anode base body is left in an atmosphere at a temperature higher than or equal to 70°C, and the reaction is repeated a plurality of times. Hence, even if semiconductor is deposited on the outer surface of the anode base body where the reaction mother liquor comes into contact with the anode base body, the semiconductor does not cover the outer surface of the anode base body, and necessary reaction material easily diffuses into the inside of the anode base body. Thereby the capacitance value per unit volume of an obtained solid-state electrolytic capacitor can be increased. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
