abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the title prepreg having excellent water-vapor resistance, storage stability and heat resistance free from change of color during heating by coating a glass substrate with a resin composition comprising a specific epoxy resin, dicyandiamide and imidazole derivative, impregnating and drying. n CONSTITUTION: A glass substrate is coated with a resin composition comprising (A) an epoxy resin (preferably bisphenol A epoxy resin and novolak epoxy resin) having ≤40ppm phenolic hydroxyl group amount, (B) dicyandiamide and (C) an imidazole derivative (e.g. 1-benzyl-2-methylimidazole) as essential components, impregnated and dried to give the objective prepreg. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
