abstract PURPOSE:To manufacture a foamed urethane roll free from flashes, by a method wherein after a monolithic molded material of a seamless pipe and the foamed urethane roll is taken out and cooled, the urethane foam is taken out from the seamless pipe. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate mold 4 divided into two is fixed vertically to a bottom force 3, then a seamless pipe 2 comprised by applying a mold release agent to the inside is buried into a cylindrical space comprised by uniting the intermediate molds 4 divided into two. Then a fixed quantity of a polyurethane solution is cast into the seanless pipe 2, the top of a shaft 6 is led to a conical recessed part 10 of a top force 5, fixed with a crab hand, foamed, cured and a foamed urethane roll 1 where the urethane foam and the shaft are joined to each other other is formed. Then the foamed urethane roll 1 free from flashes is obtained by a method wherein the intermediate molds 4 are divided, a molded material is taken out and the same is taken out from the seamless pipe 2.
