abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition for an oil-soluble vitaminblending raw material, having remarkably excellent stability, suitable for long-term storage or preservation and convenient to handling by dispersing or dissolving oil-soluble vitamin into a specific polyol based (liquid) dispersing agent solution. n CONSTITUTION: The objective composition obtained by dispersing or dissolving (A) an oil-soluble vitamin into (C) a polyol-based liquid dispersing agent or (D) polyol-based dispersing agent aqueous solution containing (B) partially decom posed product of grain protein.
