PURPOSE: To obtain a treating agent providing a fiber with excellent wrinkle resistance, comprising an emulsion containing a specific organopolysiloxane, silica and/or polysilsesquioxane, specific organoalkoxysilane, etc., and a curing catalyst. n CONSTITUTION: (A) 100 pts.wt. organopolysiloxane containing two or more Si atom-bonded hydroxy group and/or alkoxy groups in one molecule, (B) 0.5-50 pt.wt. silica and/or polysilsesquioxane, (C) 0.1-20 pts.wt. amide group and carboxyl group-containing organoalkoxysilane and/or partial hydrolyzate condensate thereof, (D) 0.1-20 pts.wt. amino group or epoxy group-containing organoalkoxysilane and/or partial hydrolyzate condensate thereof and (E) 0.01-10 pts.wt. curing catalyst are made into a cationic or nonionic emulsion, which is applied to a fiber (wool, etc.) having a scaly structure to provide the fiber with excellent wrinkle resistance and flexibility. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio |
