abstract NEW MATERIAL:Tetracosapeptidamide or triacosapeptidamide expressed by formula I (X is H or group expressed by formula II). n USE: Used as medical drug of musculus trachealis or reagent for elucidation of action of drug acting to musculus trachealis. n PREPARATION: For instance, a peptide is divided into four fragments by amino acid having protected functional group and individual fragment is synthesized, then the whole peptide is synthesized by fragment condensation method. 1-7th protected peptide expressed by formula III (Boc is t-butyloxycarbonyl; Cl-Z is 2-chlorobenzyloxycarbonyl) as a fragment A, 8-12th protected peptide expressed by formula IV (Br-Z is 2-bromobenzyloxycarbonyl) as a fragment B, 13-17th protected peptide expressed by formula V (Bzl is benzyl) as a fragment C and 18-24th protected peptide expressed by formula VI (Mts is mesitylene-2-sulfonyl) as a fragment D are respectively synthesized and the whole is subjected to condensation reaction to afford the aimed peptide expressed by formula I. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
