titleOfInvention Method for annealing iron core
abstract PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of interior products and to improve workability by providing cooling fins to undermentioned heat treatment compensating blocks, respectively, at the time of performing annealing by means of induction heating by using heat treatment compensating blocks constituted so that the inner part and the outer part are composed of magnetic substance and nonmagnetic substance, respectively. n CONSTITUTION: Heat treatment compensating blocks 14 are disposed in both end parts of a laminated iron core 13 in an induction heating device 11, respectively, and the iron core 13 is annealed by means of induction heating. At this time, as the above heat treatment compensating block 14, the one having a structure where the inner part 14a is composed of a magnetic substance and having magnetic properties practically equal to those of the iron core 13 and the outer part 14b is composed of a nonmagnetic substance material, e.g. copper having cooling fins 15 on the outside diameter is used. By this method, the cooling of the iron core 13 can be accelerated and workability can be improved. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
