PURPOSE: To provide an immune-activating agent having the immune-activating activity of a living body and useful for preventing postoperative infections diseases by the application of the agent to a patient before or after the surgery. n CONSTITUTION: The agent contains inosine, cytidine, 5'-guanosine-n'-phosphoric acid, uridine and thymidine in a relative molar ratio of 4:4:4:3:1. The immune- activating agent is ordinarily preferably prepared in an injection shape suitable for intravenous administration. The single application of the agent exhibits a remarkable immeune-activating activity but the simultaneous administration of the agent and a high calorie infusion solution is desirable especially when the high calorie infusion solution is applied. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio |
