titleOfInvention Manufacture of solid electrolytic capacitor
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a solid electrolytic capacitor which provides a sufficient capacitance by a method wherein anode substrates which have dielectric oxide film layers on their surfaces are immersed into reactive solution which forms semiconductor layers whose main components are lead dioxide and lead sulfate and the anode substrates are heated internally. n CONSTITUTION: Anode lead wires 3 are connected to Ta pellets 1 and the anode lead wires 3 are inserted into an aluminum block 2. A heater 4 and a thermocouple 5, which are used as a heat source for heating the anode substrates internally and a temperature detector respectively, are assembled into the aluminum block 2. The Ta pellets 1 are immersed into the mixture 6 of 2.4mol/l solution of lead acetate trihydrate and 4mol/l solution of ammonium peroxide at a room temperature and heated through the anode lead wires 3. Thus, by immersing the anode substrates which have dielectric oxide film layers on their surfaces into reactive solution which forms semiconductor layers whose main components are lead dioxide and lead sulfate and heating the anode substrates internally, a solid electrolytic capacitor which provides a sufficient capacitance can be obtained. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
