PURPOSE: To obtain a local therapeutic agent for psoriasis slight in adverse effect, containing a specific alkyl phosphate compound. n CONSTITUTION: This therapeutic agent comprises a compound of formula I [R is a 12-24C hydrocarbon group or a group of formula II (R 3 is a 1-6C alkoxy or a 1-6C alkoxymethyl; Z is O or S; R 4 is a 1-24C alkyl); X is O, NH or NR 2 (R 2 is 2,3-dihydroxypropyl, a 1-8C alkyl or an unsaturated and/or substituted 2-8C alkyl); Y is O or NH; R 1 is a 1-8C alkyl or an unsaturated and/or substituted 2-8C alkyl and when X is O, R 1 is 2-t-butyloxycarbonylaminomethyl, 2,3-dibenzoyloxy-propyl (2), etc., and when X is NH, R 1 is 2,3-dihydroxypropyl (1)] such as hexadecyl phosphocholine.
