titleOfInvention Solubilization of vitamin e and vitamin e formulation
abstract PURPOSE: To stably solubilize vitamin E for a long period or time by using phosphatidyl glycerol as solubilizing agent. n CONSTITUTION: Phosphatidyl glycerol and/or lysophosphatidyl glycerol is used as solubilizing agent of vitamin E in an amount of 0.5-2 times of vitamin E. Vitamin E is dissolved in a hydrophilic organic solvent (e.g. ethylene glycol, propylene glycol or dimethyl sulfoxide) by said solubilizing agent and solubilized vitamin E formulation able to be diluted with water is obtained. Resultant solubilizing solution is transparent or translucent and holds stable state at room temperature for a long period of time. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
