abstract PURPOSE: To prevent the bending of a lead by mounting an electromagnet magnetically attracting a semiconductor device main body on a test board at a predetermined position by the supply of a current. n CONSTITUTION: When a relay contact 23 is closed to supply a current to an electromagnet 20, a semiconductor device main body 16b is attracted to the iron piece 22 of the electromagnet 20 and a lead 26 is electrically connected to a contact 14. In this case, since the circumferential shape of a guide hole 13a is set so as to be larger than the outer peripheral shape of a semiconductor device 15, the lead 16 is not pressed to the inner peripheral surface of the guide hole 13a in an attracted state and the bending of the lead 16 is prevented. When the position of the semiconductor device 15 is shifted from the guide hole 13a, the lead 16 is guided along the inner peripheral surface of the guide hole 13a and the semiconductor device 15 is fixed to a test board 12 at a predetermined position but, in this case, the lead 16 is limited to a degree in light contact with the guide hole 13a and prevented from bending. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
