titleOfInvention | Preparation of organo(poly)siloxane with si-bonded conjugated dienyl group |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the subject organo(poly)siloxane with excellent yield from an easily available raw material by reacting a specified organosiloxane with an acetylenic alcohol. n CONSTITUTION: An organo(poly)siloxane (A) of formula I (wherein R is a 1-18C hydrocarbon, etc.; e is 0 or 1; f is 0-3) is mixed with the second and the third acetylenic alcohol (B) of formula II (wherein R 1 is a 1-12C hydrocarbon, etc.; R 2 is H, a 1-12C hydrocarbon, etc.; R 3 is H or a 1-4C hydrocarbon) and addition is performed by bringing the mixture into contact with a catalyst (C) such as platinum. Then, water is released by adding an acidic catalyst (D) such as p-toluenesulfonic acid to obtain an aimed organo(poly)siloxane of formula III (wherein Q is formula IV; a is 0 or 1; b is 0-3). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO |
