titleOfInvention Aerated mortar for filling void under foundation
abstract PURPOSE:To render superior flowability and proper compressive strength to mortar and to surely fill voids by blending cement with fine mineral powder, sand and water in a specified ratio and incorporating foam thereto. CONSTITUTION:This aerated mortar contains 1-5wt.% cement, 10-30wt.% fine mineral powder, 45-65wt.% sand and 20-25wt.% water and further contains 25-45vol.% foam. The cement used may be ordinary Portland cement, Portland blast furnace cement or silica cement. Fine limestone powder contg. >=80wt.% calcium carbonate and having about 2,500-6,000cm<2>/g fineness of powder is used as the fine mineral powder. The sand is river sand, sea sand, mountain sand or other sand generally used for mortar and the pref. max. grain size is <=2.5mm.
